How we handle the personal data you provide to book a transfer.

What we collect
To arrange a transfer we collect the details you enter: name, contact email and phone, pickup and drop-off, travel date and time, flight number, and any notes. We do not collect payment card details during this pilot.
How we use it
We use your details only to arrange and deliver your transfer, to contact you about your booking, and to share the minimum necessary information with the independent transfer supplier assigned to your trip.
Sharing
We share pickup details with the assigned supplier and their driver. We do not sell your data. Suppliers receive only what they need to complete the trip.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about your booking. Contact our support team to make a request.
