How we work with the independent transfer suppliers who operate trips.

Independent suppliers
Transfers are operated by independent, vetted transfer suppliers and their drivers. They are not employees of the platform; we coordinate the booking and the supplier delivers the transport.
Vetting and compliance
Suppliers are onboarded with required documents (such as licensing and insurance) reviewed by our operations team before they can be assigned trips.
